CRYSTALSIZER^® - Online

Thanks to its innovative measuring principle and robust design, the Crystalsizer is also suitable for integrated use in the production process. Here the online version of the Crystalsizer is adjusted optimally to the special conditions "on the spot". This naturally also includes individual adjustment of design, electronics and software.

For online analysis, a representative partial flow of the bulk product is taken from the process and conveyed to the Crystalsizer. Immediately after measurement, the next product batch is handed over and analysed automatically, so that a precise measuring result of the particle size is available at every point in time throughout the production process.

The Crystalsizer guarantees total quality control round the clock. The process parameters can be constantly optimised using a control circuit to avoid any rejects.
