CAMSIZER^® - online

Thanks to the measuring principle which is insensitive to interference together with the robust design, the Camsizer is also suitable for 24 hour operation in fully automated laboratories as well as in-process production applications. For adverse industrial environments, the unit is encapsulated with the industrial computer in a dust-proof, vibration-decoupled cabinet.

Standard structure of an online application:

• Controlled withdrawal of a representative bulk sample from the process
• Samples fed to the Camsizer batch for batch
• Automatic measuring sequence
• Monitoring of the limit values, trend analysis
• Samples returned to the process

The process parameters can be continuously optimised by a control circuit, avoiding rejects and drastically reducing quality costs.

The online version of the Camsizer is tailor-made as an optimum solution for the specific conditions "on the spot". This includes individual adaptation of the design, electronics and software. Naturally it can also be linked up to an automated laboratory without any problems.
